Buddy up with a fellow SGA

Afraid of meeting new people alone?
No worries, all visits are done together
with a fellow SGA.
...

Engage seniors

Together with your partner, you head to
seniors’ homes to speak to them
face-to-face. You may also be asked
to speak to seniors through telephone calls.

Training, including practice through role play,
is provided beforehand so that you can be
comfortable and confident when talking
to the seniors.

Help seniors

When you meet seniors, you:
- Seek to understand their needs through
your dialogue;
- Explain relevant government policies; and
- Connect them to active ageing programmes,
befriending, and care and support services.

When you help seniors grow, you grow too.
