MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT), with its partner organisations Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), National Council for Social Services (NCSS) and Institute of Mental Health (IMH), has developed an interactive website
mindline.sg. It is a focal point for resources and tools to help improve the holistic wellbeing of people in Singapore, with an emphasis on stress and coping.
“Mindline.sg addresses the need for a trusted platform to improve the wellbeing of people in Singapore through technology”
This platform directs people to sites of care and support, based on their self-reported needs and emotional states. We bring together a variety of carefully curated resources across the social and healthcare systems, such as:
- Helplines and counselling by phone
- Employment support
- Financial assistance
- Family and caregiving support
- Volunteering opportunities
- Health and fitness tips
One feature of this platform is a clinically validated self-assessment tool, which provides users with a set of recommended actions based on their assessed level of stress and anxiety. Individuals are also able to chat with Wysa, an emotionally intelligent AI chatbot, and access a wide range of self-management and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) exercises on the platform (only available for people living in Singapore).
