Chit Chat CaféOrganised by speech and language therapist volunteers, Chit Chat Cafe by Aphasia SG is the only supported conversational group for Persons with Aphasia (PWA) and their caregivers in Singapore. Project Silver Screen [Part of Health Promotion Board’s Live Well Age Well]Project Silver Screen is a nation-wide functional screening programme by the Health Promotion Board for seniors aged 60 and above (Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents). Screen for Life – National Health Screening ProgrammeScreen for Life (SFL) is the national screening programme by the Health Promotion Board that encourages Singapore residents to go for regular health screening and follow up. For eligible Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled Singapore Citizens, nationally recommended screening tests under SFL will be fully subsidised at their enrolled HSG clinic.
