Why
Brainstorming and exploring possible solutions is a useful step to plan out the different ways your objectives can be achieved.
How
Based on the insights derived from the Understand phase, generate and prioritise solutions to target pain-points and opportunities, by identifying ways to:
- Improve, reallocate, and eliminate tasks and processes
- Implement technology as an enabler for further automation
- Improve the senior and staff experience
Develop a business case to present potential solutions to your management, highlighting:
- How the solution can solve issues and pain points faced by job holders
- Projected impact of solutions on job holders, adjacent jobs and functions, operational processes, senior experience or organisation performance
- Implementation timeframe of solutions
