This section contains a range of solutions designed during the AIC work trial to resolve inefficiencies in current Junior Care roles (i.e. CCA and SCCA roles) and enhance the overall elder experience. The following solutions were also implemented to enhance job satisfaction and sustainability of the job amongst Junior Care staff.
These solutions fall into three main categories: process improvements, equipment and technology, and policy and regulation review. Your organisation should tailor your suite of solutions based on an assessment of existing processes, policies, as well as available budget for equipment / technology.
