What are the types of mental health services available?

You may require different levels of support at varying points along your mental health journey. Here are the available types of care and support to guide you in identifying appropriate care to meet your needs.

You may like to reach out to the Community Intervention Teams (COMIT) with qualified mental health professionals who can provide counselling, case management and caregiver support.

The CMH wayfinding tool does not collect any personal data, in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act.

Are there stories of people who have received support from this?

Yes! You may find out more about the journey of these individuals here.

The National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy has highlighted the importance to increase accessibility to mental health support and services within the community. To enable help-seeking and wayfinding, the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) co-developed the Community Mental Health (CMH) Wayfinding Tool. Feedback and inputs from our care professionals, service providers and government agencies have been sought, ensuring that the tool is relevant and effective. If you would like to share any feedback on this tool, we would love to hear from you. You may contact us at enquiries@aic.sg.
