The following surveys are currently being conducted by the Agency for Integrated Care.

List of Surveys

Survey Audience - 630, Clients who received at least 1 month of Meals-on-Wheels service from 1 January 2026 to 31 Nov 2026 are eligible to take part in this survey, including those who have now dropped out of the service. 
Participating clients need to meet the following criteria: 
1. Does not decline to participate in survey 
2. Able to answer survey independently 
3. Not suffering from cognitive impaired, speech or hearing impairment, or being unable to understand and answer the survey question 

In the event the clients’ medical condition or refusal requires caregiver to answer, the caregivers must meet the following 5 criteria to be eligible for the survey: 
1. Caregivers must be aware of the type and nature of service used by the client. 
2. Caregivers must be able to comment on the client’s experience with the service that he/she received. 
3. Caregivers must have some influence on any decisions made for the client with regards to his/her overall medical/ non-medical treatment. 
4. Caregivers cannot be a foreign domestic worker. 
5. Caregivers cannot be formally arranged or paid to take care of the client.

Duration: 23 Nov 2026 to 31 Mar 2027
Format: Door-to-door survey at the senior's home.
Phone call with caregivers if it is the chosen preferred mode of contact.

Survey Audience:100, Seniors aged 60 years and above living within the Toa Payoh Planning Area

Format: Door-to-door survey

Survey Audience: 2,400 Singapore Citizens or PRs aged 21 and above

Survey Audience: Unpaid caregivers (e.g. caring for a family member, partner, or friend), aged 21 and above, and Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents

Format:Face to face and Online survey

Survey Audience - Clients who have been referred to two or more community care services through AIC from December 2025 to March 2026 and have used at least one service before the survey
- Singapore Citizen or permanent resident
- Does not decline to participate in survey
- Able to answer survey independently
- Not suffering from cognitive impaired, speech or hearing impairment, or being unable to understand and answer the survey question
Duration: 31 Mar 2026 to 31 Jan 2027
Format: Door-to-door (client), phone call or door-to-door (caregiver)

Survey Audience: CIP participants who enrolled on or after 1 July 2025, and have discontinued after completing the main intervention phase.
Duration: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027

Survey Audience: Participants are stakeholders involved in CIP. This can include staff from public healthcare institutions, CIP service providers engaged, and CIP participants.
