Active Ageing Centres (AACs) and Senior Care Centres (SCCs)
New Eldercare Facilities, Innovative Services
As service providers work together to establish Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) partnerships in their sub-regions, MOH and AIC will temporarily pause the appointment of new AACs and SCCs from now until 31 March 2028 to support this transition.
