This service is for seniors who are frail and homebound and need help regaining their ability to carry out daily living activities.
Services provided
Rehabilitation services covered include:
- Physiotherapy: Helps people with injuries or conditions to reduce pain and improve their ability to move.
- Occupational therapy: Helps people to improve or regain their ability to do everyday tasks like getting dressed, cooking, etc.
- Speech therapy: Helps people who have trouble speaking, swallowing, or have language or communication issues.

Cost
The cost starts from $125 per visit, before any government subsidies.
To qualify for subsidies, your loved one will need to be a Singapore Citizen or PR. Subsidies are also means-tested (i.e. there is an income criteria).
