Service providers include Club HEAL, Singapore Association for Mental Health – Oasis Day Centre and Anglican Care Centres.
There are also Psychiatric Rehabilitation Homes, Sheltered Homes and Nursing Homes, which provide a period of residential-based rehabilitation for clients with stabilised mental health conditions, as you prepare for community reintegration. Some service providers also provide training, job matching and placement services.
