The Silver Generation Office (SGO) is the outreach arm of the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). Through our volunteers, the Silver Generation (SG) Ambassadors, we care for seniors by supporting their aspirations and addressing their ageing needs.

Since SGO began in 2014, our volunteers have conducted more than 1 million engagements with seniors!
#SGOCares – Behind the scenes of SGO COVID-19 Outreach
During the Circuit Breaker period, seniors were the most affected, especially those who had little or no family support. SGO’s volunteers reached out to about 47,000 vulnerable seniors to help them cope better and responded to more than 3,000 requests for assistance. What Drives Us?
One in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 and above by 2030. Be it from your family, one of your friends, or even your local coffee shop auntie, you probably know a senior.
Although we come from different walks of life, we are driven by our commitment to seniors in the community. Through the things we do, the people we meet, and the hearts we touch, we continue to give back because the bonds that we build create ripples through our community.
We strive, together with community partners and government agencies, to support the growing number of seniors to live well and age gracefully. As we provide for the seniors of today, we also plan for seniors of tomorrow.
