Eligible Schemes Enrolment (ESE) is intended to allow care recipients and their caregivers to discover more schemes that they may be eligible for easily; and receive Government payouts for eligible schemes after indicating their interest to apply and provide consent to be enrolled into the schemes when undergoing a severe disability assessment.

- Ensure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions, and
- Provide consent to be enrolled to LTC schemes under ESE process.
