Community Care Training Grant (CCTG)

Community Care Training Grant (CCTG) complements the AIC Learning Network by offering training subsidies to eligible Community Care Organisations’ (CCOs’) to attend courses/seminars not offered by AIC-appointed training providers.

Background

CCTG aims to support CCOs in building their manpower capabilities through training by providing training fee subsidies to support niche & specialised training conducted locally or overseas. CCTG is allocated as a fixed quantum for a three-year period based on the manpower strength of the CCO. Eligible organisations would have accepted the award by OurSgGrants (OSG). 

Organisations are strongly advised to refer to the Learning Management System Marketplace to confirm that the training you have in mind is not available.

Funding

CCTG is only applicable to in-service staff of eligible CCOs. The funding rates for CCTG are as follows:

Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents (PRs) 90% (capped at $4,000) 10%
Work Pass Holders 45% (capped at $4,000) 55%
Claims

Stipulated Timeline for CCTG Claims Submission

Please submit all claim documents via OurSgGrants (OSG). Claimant shall ensure that claims submitted are not funded under AIC Learning Network or other other source of Government funding / AIC grants.

Organisations are encouraged to reference the Letter of Award (LOA) and Guides that are downloadable from OSG (e.g. Funding Guide, Step-by-Step Guide and Claim Form template) prior to your claim submission.

Q1FY: April – June End August
Q2FY: July – September End November
Q3FY: October – December End February
Q4FY: January – March End May

You do not need to submit the relevant supporting documents as part of your claims submission. AIC will inform you in writing separately if they are required. However, please retain all supporting documents for audit purposes.

Local or Overseas training courses, workshops and conferences Fees of training courses, workshops and conferences (exclusive of GST)

Queries

For any clarification or deviations to the above on CCTG, please write to GDsubsidy@aic.sg to obtain AIC prior consent before signing up for the courses, failing which such claims will not be processed.
