Training Directory for Courses on Managing Abuse and Harrassment
This directory is intended for Community Care Organisations (CCOs) to refer to training courses that would equip healthcare workers with the skills to prevent and/or de-escalate any abuse and harassment cases. CCOs are also encouraged to review their training curriculum regularly for relevance.

Funding
Eligible CCOs may tap on AIC’s Community Care Training Grant (CCTG) to seek reimbursement for courses not offered by AIC-appointed training providers. This is based on prevailing CCTG funding quantum.
