e-FASS will be temporarily unavailable from 11 December (Thursday, 3pm) to 23 December 2025 (Tuesday, 10am) as we upgrade the system to a cloud-based environment. This downtime is necessary to ensure safe data transfer, complete verification, ensure all services operate smoothly for service restoration. During the affected period, users will not be able to log in to the system for any e-FASS transactions. e-FASS services will resume on 23 December 2025 (Tuesday, 10am).

- Interim Disability Assistance Programme for the Elderly (IDAPE)
- Elderfund
- Home Caregiving Grant
- Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme (PGDAS)
- CareShield Life
- MediSave Care
- ElderShield
- Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) Levy Concession for Persons with Disabilities
Important notes:
- We will not be able to process applications for the schemes listed above during this period. As such, please do expect a longer than usual processing period of 6 to 8 weeks, instead of the usual 4 weeks.
- Seniors’ Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF) applications will not be affected during this period.
