This service is for homebound individuals and their caregivers who need help with nursing care at home.

- Monitoring vital signs like blood pressure and blood sugar checks
- Managing medications
- Nursing care such as injections, changing wound dressings and feeding tubes
- Coordinating care (if there are different care needs)
- Training caregivers on how to care for their loved ones safely and confidently

Cost
The cost starts from $62 per visit, before any government subsidies.
To qualify for subsidies, your loved one will need to be a Singapore Citizen or PR. Subsidies are also means-tested (i.e. there is an income criteria).
